Returns Policy

All Cherry Cherry Bim products are hand printed to order and all product sales are final on receipt of payment to Cherry Cherry Bim.

Receipt of Product
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective or damaged or that you have receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Product
Customers who believe the product received is not the product they ordered from Cherry Cherry Bim must notify Cherry Cherry Bim in writing at orders@cherrycherrybim.com.au within 7 days of the receipt of the items providing descriptions, invoice order number and, if possible, photographs of the goods received. If all or part of the product received does not match the order placed Cherry Cherry Bim will provide new product to fill the order's requirements for the incorrect product supplied.

Incorrect product must be returned to Cherry Cherry Bim via the Cherry Cherry Bim return policy as detailed in "Damaged Goods and Lost Deliveries".

Damaged Goods and Lost Deliveries 
Replacement product is available where the order is received in a damaged state by the Cherry Cherry Bim customer responsible for placing the order or where items are lost in delivery or where there is a fault in manufacture.

To be eligible for replacement due to shipping damage, your item must be returned in the same damaged condition that you received it complete with all original packaging and tags.

Should your order arrive damaged you may start a return by contacting Cherry Cherry Bim at orders@cherrycherrybim.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods and requesting a return authorisation. Please include all details of your order and a description of the damage and, if possible, a photo of the package(s) showing the damage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note damaged goods, if accepted for return, will be replaced with new goods to complete the original order.

Damaged goods accepted for return, goods lost in transit or incorrect product will be replaced by Cherry Cherry Bim to complete the original order at no additional cost to the customer.

Items sent back to Cherry Cherry Bim without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damaged or Faulty goods
Fabrics should be carefully inspected on receipt and prior to cutting. Whilst every effort is made to inspect each order, errors can be made and damage may occur in transit. Therefore, it is essential that no fabric length be cut until you are satisfied with the fabric product in respect to its received condition. Any claim for product damage must be made in writing to orders@cherrycherrybim.com.au within 7 days of receipt of product and all product must be in its original ordered form. 

If your claim is accepted the damaged goods will be replaced by Cherry Cherry Bim with product originally ordered.

Deliveries to third parties
Where deliveries are made to third parties (curtain makers, upholsterers etc) on the instructions of the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct material is received. We cannot accept returns after the fabric has been cut. Also, no claims will be accepted in respect of any costs of making up.

Sales Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Items ordered, paid for and delivered cannot be exchanged.

Refunds
Refunds of payments are not available for purchased goods lost or damaged in transit or incorrect goods.
